Silver UK Orders:

  • FREE 6 Working Days Delivery (signature required)
  • Guaranteed Three Working Days Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.95
  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery - £25
  • Guaranteed Next Day Before 9am Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Not available for Saturday Delivery) - £45

Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will go out the following day.

 

 

Silver orders to the REST OF WORLD

  • FREE 2 to 4 weeks Delivery (Estimated) -  Royal Mail International Shipping 
  • 6 working days (Estimated)  - International Courier - £25.00
  • Next Working Day Delivery (Estimated) - FedEx Priority International - Rate as shown at checkout

    Where possible, when you order before 12pm, Fedex Priority is a next day service . Please get in touch for an exact delivery date.

     

    Solid gold and platinum pieces take us a little longer to make. Please allow up to 18 working days for your order to arrive. Do contact us if you need your order sooner and we'll see what we can do. If need be, we can get the hallmarking done at a later date.

    Delivery to France

    Shipments of gold jewellery weighing more than 3g to France by law require a French broker to handle customs clearance. This means that when your shipment arrives in France, FedEx will get in contact with you to appoint a French customs broker to complete the process. Please note that this broker will be at your expense. VAT will also be payable on each shipment. Please familiarise yourself with the clearance costs involved by contacting the French customs authorities, as we are unable to assist in this respect.

     

    Orders sent on Friday will NOT be guaranteed for Saturday.

    Orders placed Friday (after 1pm) to Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday if you have chosen Next Day Delivery.

    All items will require a signature upon delivery.

    The day your order is being sent out, you will receive a Dispatch Notification via email. If you need to trace your parcel then please use the tracking number provided by us on Royal Mail's Track and Trace website:

    If you need your order sooner or for a certain date, please give us a call to check if this can be arranged. We'll always try our best!

     

     

    Want to collect in person?

    If you are in Worthing, we can deliver your order to you. Otherwise, everything will be sent via post.

     

     

     

    Returns

    We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days. You may return the jewellery in its original condition for a full refund within 28 days from receipt of your order.

    All products to be returned must be in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. Please email us before returning any jewellery so we know to look out for your parcel. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear.

    We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

    In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 7 days of receipt of the return.

     

     

    Engraved Or Customised Jewellery?

    Please note that engraved jewellery or jewellery customised with gemstones is non-returnable and that re-sizing an engraved ring will incur re-engraving costs.

     

     

    Faulty jewellery?

    In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please contact us and then return the piece to us for replacement or repair as appropriate. Any postage costs incurred by you in returning faulty items to us will of course be refunded to you.

     

     

    Discounted and commissioned pieces?

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for discounted pieces or commissioned pieces, unless the item is faulty.

     

     

    Wrong ring size?

    When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. If you are not sure about the ring size required, please contact us for a DIY ring sizer.
