Naked Mole-Rat Art Print

Jana was inspired to create a piece of naked mole rat art because there are so few illustrations out there of these unusual creatures. These little critters get a lot of bad press, the ugliest creature on the planet?! No way! Naked mole rats look different from other animals, they don’t need to drink water, they can live up to 30 years old, AND they can even use their teeth independently – skills! Printed using Giclée inks, renowned for their depth of colour, on Hahnemühle Bamboo paper, to create a textured naked mole rat picture with a natural finish. If sustainability is important to you, bamboo paper is an excellent choice because it’s made from 90% bamboo and 10% cotton rag. So, unlike traditional paper and card, no trees were cut down to create your naked mole rat drawing – a must for wildlife lovers.   

 Our prints are available with or without a slim black wooden frame with a plexiglass front (to avoid breakage in the post).

An experienced goldsmith and jewellery maker, Jana is also an artist who loves to create animal inspired work. As an avid wall art collector of 20 years, she decided it was time for her own print collection, full of lively animated animals with words of advice to take heed of.
